I would guess chapter 11. I believe the downgrade to junk means they have to pay off a pile of loans immediately which of course they can't do. Classic example of why buy and hold no matter what is just plain stupid sometimes. I am hooked up with some family that believe buy and hold is the only course and I am 1 vote out of 5. Still holding the LU that we received in the breakup. Sure as hell didn't want to sell that through 3 warnings in about as many days because it will surely go back to 65 from the 45 it was then. I doubt I will live long enough to see 45 again much less 65:(
