Look, already the market is valuing this technology as a liability. That is, the stock is trading at less than it's cash value + tax loss carry-forwards. Everyone over at Raging Bull tells me it's the market that is wrong, that the stock should be a lot higher than where it is. But obviously the market doesn't trust anything anyone in this company says anymore. I was told by one of the larger shareholders (if you can call him that - I think he just controls a lot of shares for his clients, who are probably pretty pissed at him for getting them into this stock) that he expects the company to be bought out. That's what worries me - because it looks like it's going to go at a price well below what we expect. But maybe some other company can take the technology and deliver revenues with it. God knows, ACTV has done a horrible job trying to do it.

I think the new following this outfit needs won't be convinced of the company's worth until the Disney goniffs lose the patent case. And since they also think that cubic money can't be beat, they probably don't think Disney will lose.

A long wait.
