Jolly good work. Actually, I will concur that it's $1.5 million assuming the 99k bought during this draw period, by two of the Amigos, were in fact Acqua transactions. That would leave them about another 70k shares shy of the amount needed to total about $1.5 million. Given that there are 2-3 days more for them to "arbitrage" it, the $1.5 million works very conveniently. Now, if those 99k were not Acqua, then I'd be more inclined to guess in the $1.7-1.8 million range. I think the former possibility is the most likely. I'll stick with $1.5 million on December 3. Hey, just for shits and giggles, let's add one more layer of complexity to this bet. I say the NR comes between 5:00-5:30 pm, on December 3. Feel free to take a guess using a 1/2 hour range, Cal. Kreskin ps. This company must be near success - every socially maladapted nut case in the country seems to have found the DMX board on SH. When the circus rolls in to town, you can bet a really big show is about to happen.
