That seems to be the consensus of opinion that I have read too. Do you think it's feasible to have dogs "sniff" each piece of checked luggage for explosives?

I still think the best detector for explosives is a dog.

I heard on TV today that a dog can only work a one hour shift. They didn't say how many shifts a dog could work or how long the breaks might be. In any event, it will take a lot of dogs.
