"Process technology is too diverse and too complex to fall under one expert in a company as large as Intel." Process could be diverse, but Public Relations department must be unique for a company. For legal purposes first. "At least Intel is publicly demonstrating advanced technology" I am not sure what exactly they are demonstrating.
