Citigroup and J.P. Morgan, which acted as advisors on the takeover deal, have a total exposure to Enron of about $800 million, Richard Strauss, an analyst at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE:GS - news), said in a research note. But Strauss estimated total unsecured loans only amounted to $270 million.
