$595m market cap. Debt is what? $13B? Really hard to say until all the partnerships are worked out. I suspect when this is all over attorneys will be earning over $595M, much of through the bankruptcy court. Maybe a big player will buy up the debt (what discount is it trading at?), and have the whole operation for a decent price. But that would require putting ~ $10B in play not knowing exactly what you were getting. I think I will stay out. This company stinks, even at a 99% discount to recent trading price.
