I will howl if the DOW bounces right at 9720. Too cute if it happens.

I have us 'oversold' in almost every time frame. Not that much technical damage IMO except the XMI. And I believe that we are completing the '4' off the Sept lows there anyway so a little trendline break is expected for me.

I looked for a wedge on $COMPQ and found a potential falling wedge on the hourly charts, with the bottom part of the wedge beginning at yesterday morning's low.

Is that what you were referring to, or did you mean something else?
