Interesting take on the market by Teresa Lo:

Yesterday's price action formed a rare Japanese candlestick known as the long legged doji.
It means it was a wide-range day, going higher and lower from the open, but closing nearly
unchanged. This indicates supreme indecision, and given that it is happening on a test of
high, after a long rally since September 21, our best analysis here is that the market is
getting unstable. Unless it can truly do a real price breakout to the upside, the churning
action seen over the past week or more may be a good indication that the entire move up is
stalled, pending reversal.
