We can't do what OECD socialists suggest because the best minds among the Democrats know that it would only be a giveaway to the rich. Jack Kemp was just on Fox News urging the President to be more vocal in support of taxes cuts. Bush appears to have built up some political capital since 9/11, I wish he would be more vocal as well. He seems more interested in getting Congress to pass some crappy compromise package than going to the American people and asking them to support real tax reform.
