on the insurance policy before he does something rash, suicide don't get no benefit...doh!

The fact is there are thousands of suicides which are never ruled suicide. The guy out late at night drives his vehicle at high speed into concrete bridge abutment. Ruling is he fell asleep (although he had money problems) so insurance company has to pay off unless he talks about it before hand.

Of course suicide by hanging or gunshot gets no benefits.
