Someone please tell me if I'm wrong on this. Does it make sense for stock trading over 10 times of sales and P/E of 90 when revenue growth is measly 0.2%?

Brocade Comms (BRCD) 28.82 -3.02 (-9.5%): Reports Q4 (Oct) earnings of $0.05 per share, $0.01 better than the Multex consensus of $0.04; revenues rose 0.2% year/year to $116.5 mln vs the $109.6 mln consensus.

Hi Zeev & all - need some help with investment ed :). Morgie and Merrill have a couple of derivatives, PERQS and STRIDES respectively, which are debt linked to the common [of other cos.] After going thru EMH [ML's with EMC as the underlying security,] it is determined that there is limited upside with the full risk of the common on the downside. Still, the yield is exceptional. I think MWD's RME is similar. Obviously, both MWD and ML are making out like a bandit, but why ain't these more popular than, say, the HOLDR?

Any illumination is much obliged.

best, Bosco
