5:46pm 11/28/01 Enron booted from S&P indexes ($SPX, ENE, NVDA, BUD)

Enron has been replaced on the S&P 500 Index ($SPX) late Wednesday by Nvidia (NVDA) after the energy merchant's stock fell 85 percent to 61 cents in the wake of its failed merger with Dynegy (DYN) . Enron's spot on the S&P 100 has been taken by Anheuser-Busch (BUD) .
