jj, I think there's a good chance you'd get screwed on JDSU Dec. 7.50 puts if you bought them.

Shorting is a much safer play here. If we drop into a pivot low of 1628-1676, we'll bounce maybe 75-points. All this could happen before expiration, putting those puts in peril. Just my 2-cents, which is about what this is worth.

Equity options are especially hard to make money on. The spreads are much larger than index equities, and you are much more open to Max Pain on an issue that is trading at $10 with the next strike price $2.50 lower.
