Tench, no I said I wasn't seeing any XP based OEM systems on QVC/HSN. XP cpus are plentifull on pricewatch which indicates they are out there.

what would be your reaction if Intel would stop using just GHz but rather replace it with code. P4 would come in as 2GHz, 2.0A, 2.0B ... 2.0Z, 2.0AB variety. Sorta like model numbers.... <gggggg>
Is not p4 2.0A is due out on Jan 7? <gggg>

ps I will grant you that Intel model numbers would be an improvement over the frequency as opposed to amd's model numbers. And, of course, intel's soi is an improvement over the existing process while amd is heading into opposite direction <ggg>
