OT - Michael, did you happen to vote for the recent initiative to limit property tax increases in the State of Washington? The reason I ask is that KIRO-TV had a presentation tonight showing the Snohomish County Sheriff is no longer investigating theft crimes in unincorporated Snohomish County. He simply sends the victim a questionairre and then stamps "closed" on the file. He says he needs 47 more deputies to investigate. The Council will give him 5 because they don't have the money. Do you believe the county is so broke they can no longer investigate crime?
