I'd look at a total exclusion of Iraq from consideration skeptically but I would also look at an attempt at a massive invasion of Iraq skeptically absent more provocation or a release of more evidence.

Iraq is a bit more accessible then Afghanistan, but its bigger and better armed and most of its neighbors would protest against an invasion. Also there doesn't appear to be a good proxy force equivalent to the united front available.
