Let's just say that DYN better be able to demonstrate that ENE did break covenants in the merger agreement. Otherwise, their actions transcend a simple merger gone awry.

How bout this possiblity: A restructured Enron with big DIP and debt load removes...comes back as stronger competer to DYN...looks doubtful right now, but stranger things have happened. No help to shareholders though...if it went that way.
