Thats exactly what it is. Think about it for a sec....they spread 600 per family over 2 qtrs. Now they want to drop a quick hit in again for qtr 4 or qtr 1. This is in addition to all the rate cuts. Thus the sales numbers will be falsely pushed to the upside. They're cookin the books by giving us back our money - AND WE'RE HELPING THEM. They can't possibly do this forever so whats the point. I'll tell you what the point is....it saves their asses until they can figure out a way out of this mess.
