That one looks like a typical inept fishing expedition, the kind of thing to make them look "busy doing something", and will almost certainly accomplish little else.

I'd say they have the right to be treated like guests provided they are willing to act like guests, and the obligation not to conspire to destroy the lives and property of the people who do live here as citizens.

Seems like it would be pretty easy to me.
