since the R/S i really haven't been watching this one ... they don't seem to be playing up their contracts in colombia anymore.....haven't even heard much about drilling in costa rica either....could they be shifting to further developing their domestic properties.......?

Richard, HEC has now moved to less than a buck. Have you purchased some for a trade? I got some for trading at 1.28 and guess I am now long (haha). My feeling is that it may go down more before the end of year. I'll pick up more if it approaches .75. This position will be for trading only. Hope I can stick to that and not be long again.
