Mish, Re: PMCS Pull up the chart on a log scale. draw a trendline connecting the 94, 96 and 98 lows. now you can see the last 2 weeks is a battle for that level. yeterday's candle rests squarely on that line from above. it's a textbook bounce play off that level for 1 to 1 1/2 points...roughly 5% on the trade for an overnight hold. as far as buying that at the close of yesterday, that's part of the art of trading. sentiment was way too negative. every trader i know is either short for a crash or short for a pullback. i couldn't find anyone who wanted to buy. that makes me suspicious.
