Unlike, say, Intel common stock, where the combined skillset of this board is probably superior to a major Wall St firm, with distressed debt, you'd be at a serious competitive disadvantage.

Hey, any business opportunity there? We surely can do extraordinarily better than that guy and his firm that kept saying Dell was going to start using AMD. Or, by the looks of it, Dan Niles and Lehman could be shoved aside by the apparent better wisdom here.
