I think that depends on how the deal is structured. If current prefs + new $800 mil cash providers end up in one class and debt to equity converts in another, the current common holders may be so far down the food chain that no value is perceived to be there. At this point who knows? Obviously it will be clearer when the details are known. Namaste! Jim
