Hi r.edwards! How ya been there Fella? ENE.... gee whiz, isn't that something.

Well, I gather the main view right now is that it will declare bankruptcy any day.

Debatable which kind.

Ch. 7 - liquidates, sold off, vs. Ch 11 protection and paying folks off for pennies on the dollar.

When I was trucking through an airport today, I caught a brief report on TV with some guru speculating on the possibility of still yet an arrangement with creditors being worked out. I don't know. Seems a stretch, but maybe the creditors will give them some relief when it gets down to the wire. I'd hate to be a creditor standing in line.

If I were holding your position, I'd be figuring in which year it's best to take the loss for tax consequences, now or next year.

Lawyers are going to go nuts over the litigation on this one.

Hope all is well with you, r.ed!
