TIME TO CLEAR UP A COUPLE OF THINGS HERE ON BAY.T FIRST OF ALL: RussWinter and his spurious, virtual gold schemer "GURU" Claude Cormier have started a thread to discuss pump and dump issues, a moderated thread of course, with the specific purpose of excluding postings by me to their fiefdom (their right and privilege) challenging their pump and dumps. So be it. Like that insulates them from their own stupidity. SECOND OF ALL: RUSSWINTER, you are a LIAR! YOU SPUN QUITE THE STORY IN THE LAST COUPLE DAYS about me emailing all newbies trying to save them from you and your pump and dump on BAY.TO The ONLY person I've "emailed privately" about BAY.T trading patterns wrote me first and sent me 3 yahoo URLS with private, annotated by the Private Message Sender charts which they updated 12/14/01 on it showing HIS pump and dump proof of BAY.T, AND showing it ready for another dump according to his stochastics, etc. I agreed with him. SO SUE ME! You might want to be careful who you are listening to about what I'm saying or doing for one simple reason: YOU are getting wrong information and are being set up by whoever is lying to you. Unlike you, I have nothing to hide, RUSSWINTER from the Canadian regulators, the SEC regulators, SI Administration or anyone else. I'm simply not playing your games nor am I trying to "save" any newbie. What a waste of time. AND for what it's worth, the person that DID email me, is one sharp trader/investor and technical analyst type. MORE POWER TO HIM! If you want to know what I'm saying, THEN keep track of the public boards where I TRULY enjoy posting and bursting your bubbles. I don't have time to "educate newbies" and follow them around as you allege, on your stupid BAY.T or any of your other dumb picks. What is the reward in it for me? I'm not in any of your stocks, and I have told NO ONE the gold shares I'm in except my broker and my daughter, so there is no benefit there for me to follow around anyone and push off shares onto anyone, let alone in an illiquid issue like BAY.T which had a CROSS of 100K and you all got alllll lathered up about it last week and called it "high volume"... If there is any substance in BAY.T, it will have to BREACH C$3 and stay above it for a spell before it will interest me in anyway shape or form. Until then, it is just a pump and dump stock like all other Canadian mining issues. Hell, even mutual funds don't want'em below C$3. per sharebecause THEY know it is a lathering game of swap shares for pennies and NOT investments...why, th'hell then should I? I've played this game of pass Canadian shares around, Russ, know it well, and am currently NOT impressed with your BAY.T....so have fun making pennies and taking them away from your friends and followers. Should make you sleep really well at night making money off of newbies while you dump your shares and then wait for them to get discouraged and buy yours back for the next pump. And, again, I say, if you truly are interested in covering your ass, you damn sure better look at who's feeding you the bullshit about me and PM'ing newbies. THERE'S BEEN ONE!
