Arch,

I've been thinking the same thing. The equity could get wiped out, but the bonds could have some value depending on the amount of the other unsecured debt.

If ENE were allowed to terminate selective hedges, would the negated contracts have a claim as an unsecured creditor?

If the answer is no, the bonds could be worth 100%?

Anyone know the answer?
