I agree, we all make mistakes, but when they keep making the same mistake over and over, it's no longer an error of judgement, it's a crime.

When it comes to drugs, maybe they would be better off if they were locked up for about five years. Maybe they would dry out, but I doubt it. If they have enough money and influence, I guess they can get anything they want in jail.
