I agree that Hymowitz' arguments were lame, but that was a great segment. Haines just sat back and let the two of them go at it. I'm no fan of Milberg, Weiss -- as far as I can tell, they are the only ones who make significant amounts of money off of their "shareholder" class action lawsuits. However, there's no denying the validity of the argument Melvyn Weiss was making.

BTW, I don't think Hymowitz is a broker, but I suspect his hedge fund might have been the beneficiary of one or two of those "hot" IPO's.
