1999/3/29 - Burnaby RCMP Select CABS March 29th, 1999 Vancouver - President & C.E.O. Iain Drummond announced that the Computerized Arrest & Booking System (CABS) is the winning offender management solution for the Burnaby Detachment of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
