Dear fortune teller kenny, I have never received any information about anything from We. As to surpluses, they make me unhappy. Surpluses are obscene and there should be the best attempt as a balanced budget. But a surplus projected should be returned. And with the dems needing money to help the buffalo burger consortium, there is no doubt that there will be a deficit. Where's the buffalo, Got milk, Democrat mandated price fix 26 cents a gallon up.
