Well e.t. you say you think that I have gone nuts. Well I took the time to write what I would call a civil post to you and explain my ideas on truth, lies and opinions and my ideas on the distinctions between them. So what in this post do you think is nuts and why.

When do you say they have spoken the truth and that truth was not listened to. There is truth, lies and opinions about what is in the best interest of many. There are opinions with issues and attached to issues are many hidden agenda.

An example...Kyoto, CO2 has America transferring wealth to countries who can pollute but are poor by some international dictum. Well America has deep pocket, so lets keep raising the CO2 tax. So being against paying the world is being anti environmental. But the fact that projected growth in other countries on their CO2 increases is orders of magnitude greater than the American CO2 required reduction, The math says Global Warming is a done deal if in fact there is going to be Global warming. e.t. what is the truth????

I say tolerance, cooperation between many different folks in America is the key to our freedom and economic success. Our economic success is an overall measure of doing the right thing to benefit the largest majority. I have a very simplistic was of saying it. In America as Christ advised, In general we do on to others as we would have them do onto us. e.t. I try to live that way and expect you do to. Is that more or less how your friends live. That's more or less how my friends live. I would actually say more and not much less.

Opinions are everywhere. I look at the practical consequences or fruits of policies when I review opinions about what is best. I do cost benefit analysis and I do favor extreme caution in anything that limits individual freedom.

On balance what have all the other countries got to show for the results of governing by their opinions.
