Yes, now I remember.

I do wonder how to know when high is high. Remember when they said "8% will bring money from the moon."? Before it was over, money must have been coming from Saturn, Jupiter, and Pluto. I do remember Burton Malkiel was telling everyone to get out of stocks and into bonds maybe ten years ago. A little too soon, as it turned out. I guess one great call in a lifetime is enough, however (stocks, stocks, stocks in 1980 or so).

But people who locked in government-assured 15% did not do badly.
