Not sure I'd wait to buy because there could be some correction profits in between. IBM last Dec '00 took a dive and late last week laid off a thousand or was it two in their semi plants. Their chart has stalled at resistance.. probably a lot of others in the same pattern waiting to see if the 10,000 barrier can be overun. Lots of cash out there and Fed has been accomodative to liquidity.

Its weird, it doesn't feel the same as the last few cycles. Perhaps this thing won't kick back into gear like during the 90's as some expect. No big tech recovery.. just refitting the pipeline where its broken until the next big idea inspires greed.
