I hope people get together and sue the pants off of FL over this one- Talk about your shareholder rape. Why shouldn't the sharelholders push for a chapter 11 if they are getting wiped out anyway. Perhaps the company can be sold to someone who will not wipe out their interest like the trusted management will. I will never invest in another Forstman Little venture or something that has McCaws name on it. Screw them all.

This isn't about the company screwing the investor. They didn't. The investor screwed themselves. DD told you that it was time to bail.
