Siebel Systems (SEBL) 23.70 +1.22 (+5.3%): -- Update -- Tom Siebel says that co should not be expected to maintain overwhelming mkt share in all segments, as historically mkt leader keeps 50% share in applications space; in ERM segment it could take SEBL 3 years to reach 50%. In addition, the number of users is still growing fast-- he wouldn't be surprised to see the number of users double in one year.
