Clark County gets hit with more hi-tech layoffs 350 more hi-tech workers will be layed off in Clark County. SEH America announced it's laying off a fourth of the work force at its Vancouver silicon wafer plant. Production is being consolidated into a plant in Malaysia due to weak demand for electronics products. Employees won't know who will get pink slips until January and they'll have until June to look for another job katu.com M.
