'put an initial US$5.00/mcf tariff on natural gas' - this would be unfair and unreasonable, and we must never exhibit these qualities ... the tariff on our products is ~32 per cent, therefore we must only demand ~32 per cent of all that this is of US provenance entering this country, a ~32 per cent export tax on o&g, and no more ... no less either, we must march immediately to their embassies and consulados, and demand payment forthwith of ~32 per cent of all salaries and payments paid therein, and if they don't like it they can take their frickin embassies somewhere else, because we are independient of direct Washington DC control and we have the right to say hey take your corrupt act elsewhere ... ¿do we not, amigos, do we not have this right? ... ¿where are our balls ... at Vimy we had balls ... at Lundy's Lane, Monte Cassino, Amiens, Falaise Gap, Passchendaele, there we had balls

Never mind our ball-less politicians, it's up to us ... we must block that border

If some alaskan wants to drive through from Seattle, then very well, the charge is ~32 per cent of all value entering this country, ~32 per cent of his net worth, ~32 per cent of his SUV, ~32 per cent of the shirt on his back, ~32 per cent of his kids ... make him decide, which of them does he like the best ... perhaps this would get us in the back pages of some obscure US publication, and begin the process of bringing to the attention of the average decent US-resident human being the fantastic problem he has with corruption down there in his Capitol ... [pardon me, but they do spell 'capital' funny like that]

Nobody gonna do it but us, and it's gotta be done

There's a point you just gotta stand up on your hind feet, and say ¡ya basta!

ps - gaitas = 'pipes' ... as in - ¿d'ye hear th' skirl o' th' pipes, laddie? eh
