How did the company make it very clear what they were doing? I am sure that in the sharholder prospectus they did not put in a clause that said- if the company starts to have financing problems we reserve the right to wipe out ordinary shareholders while permitting select investors to retain their positions by extending purchasing more shares in the company at a lower rate. This kind of deal has to be illegal or any investor could be wiped out by a controlling shareholder. I do not own any shares in this company but this is just about the clearest case of theft I have ever seen. On a par with Trump and Pearlman for sure.
