Muzosi, the article is neither positive nor negative. You are concentrating on a few comments, and wording them to fit your own reality. Not being able to meet demand either means less production, or higher demand. Based on positive reports from Dell and other OEMs, which are where most of Intel's volumes are going, I would have to say it's the latter. Taiwanese motherboard manufacturers simply don't sell enough motherboards to account for as many CPUs as the major OEMs, and that makes them a smaller piece of the puzzle.
