Yomaz, Don't want to get into an argument here with you or a verbal brawl. The company did say that they where in talks for restructuring. They told you who they where dealing with. The firm does BKs. How plain can it be???? The pump was the next indicator. You where in ECNC. It is the same deal. The next was Moody down grading them. Banc America was the finial shoe dropping saying that they had no options but to go BK. I mean, after all, what else do you need. Any investor that bought in after all that news had to be speculative. Then if you followed the PM an the AM plus the daily trading after the 20th of NOV. you would see that the stock price was deteriorating. I mean, after all, I'm not making this all up. If you want me to run the numbers past you I will? It was very clear to me. I tried to pass that info on but I was being called a butt hole. If I didn't think XO had something, I wouldn't of spent 2 months putting data together. So please don't hold me responsible or take offense. Ron
