Ed, remember the discussion here a while back on XOXO? It was a turn around story?

On another thread on poster stated back when the stock was $5 it would bite the dust and they were shorting the stock big time. That was a good call.

XO expects its current equity securities holders will lose substantially all of the value of their investment as a result of the restructuring.
