I don't have a firewall setup. Unless XP decided on it's own to activate it's firewall. I better check on that. In any case I haven't blocked any addresses. And there are no others I know of that I'm not reaching.

Oh yeah, and what about the other windows 95 computer. There is no way there is a firewall set up on that one. And it accesses the router directly. It doesn't internet connection share with the XP computer.

I think you were in the right department. I finally reached Live365 by connecting to the internet with my modem rather than through the ISDN router. I'm guessing the NAT firewall in the router is blocking 365. I've recently changed settings on the router because of a change in ISP.

Since no other sites are blocked that I know of, I'm going to leave it alone. Perhaps Live365 can't deal with the scrambled addresses of dhcp server. Maybe this will also keep some bored hacker from choosing to attack my system.

I'm considering it mystery solved. Thanks everyone for your help and ideas.
