I think the parts you highlighted show the flexibility of Hammer design. In a low end system, the memory can be controlled by offchip memory controller, and memory can be shared with graphics, the same way as nForce is doing it. It will be delivered to the CPU over the HT.

In a high end personal system, the on-CPU memory controller can access its own memory and graphics card can have it's own local onboard memory.
