I cannot understand why Bush is not responding more vigorously to bioterrorism, given that we had an actual attack. In WWII the U.S. raised taxes and borrowed money to meet the threat. Now Bush wants to lower taxes and encourage people to go shopping at malls. What good is shopping if you are dead?
