InVision Technologies (INVN) said the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has purchased "several" imaging detection systems for concealed weapons from Quantum Magnetics, a wholly-owned subsidiary. InVision said the purchase, in addition to recent orders from Milestone Technology, total $445,300. The stock is rallying $2.88, or 14 percent, to $23.10. Earlier in the session, the stock reached a 52-week high of $23.75, about 664 percent above its Sept. 10 closing price. The company On Thursday, the shares had run up 21 percent after the company said it had inked a master supply agreement, valued at about $27 million, for explosives detection systems from the owner and operator of Charles de Gaulle and Orly International airports in France.
