Yep, I agree. I'm agreeing with you, Nadine, far too many times for the health of either of our political convictions (g).

However, if that sentence were reformulated to say that CIA funding helped, by its Pakistan ties, to create the conditions which helped create bin Laden, then it's getting closer.
