Paul, If I remember correctly,, commercials went long about 2 weeks ago, closed most of their short positions...the GPM thread of michael finsterwald has a better clue/view...fwiw

Stupid question but I have never bought gold.

How best to do that? I assume there is something
similar to the SPY's or QQQ's in which you can
buy gold?

Paul. Commercials have not been net long since

last Spring when we had the last major rally. Also bullish is specs being net short.

Methinks another big "KA CHING" is not far in the future for us.<GGG>

Nice close on a lot of the golds today.
