Those are very good questions, and they should be asked over and over again of those that will say things like "our freedoms are being given away" or "we have fewer freedoms" or "I want freedom to keep growing vs shrinking which it is doing as we speak." Seems I hear those words often, but never get examples of just what freedoms these people think we have lost. More importantly, I see no analysis of the relevant law, such as for instance in the case of all the weeping and gnashing of demolib teeth over military tribunals. With demolib pinheads, its all about "feelings" not facts or the law...

Well, non citizens have certainly lost freedom and if the sixth amendment interpretation is correct this can be extended to citizens as well. It also seems that our Administration has taken away Congresses vote in the tribunal process
