Pompsander, a reply aimed at everyone here: It sounds like few people here are willing to look beyond the familiar large cap names and find the mid-caps and small caps with good earnings and growth, which should flourish as the large caps stagnate. The individual investor has the advantage of easily playing any size company they like - the big fat funds have to chase the usual suspects at ridiculous PE's. There are plenty of good value longs out there. You just won't hear about them from fund managers with hundreds of millions or billions to park somewhere.
